Love the flautas with sour cream, never fails. They always taste exactly the same and the service is super quick, you might have to wait longer to find a table than to get your food after ordering, even if it’s packed.

After 10 years I came back to visit this extraordinary Cenaduria. I been leaving out of the country and i didn't had the chance to come before. I brought my parents from Leon Guanajuato and was a extraordinary culinary experience. Always a pleasure to be delighted by the flavors, the service. Absolutely no place like this. A total must stop if you visit Aguascalientes, a classic for visitors. One of the best spots to have "Cenaduria" food, including flautas, enchiladas, sopes, pozole, tamales and atole. Yeah, a little expensive but worth the try, recommended!
